This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
In order to have a positive and immediate impact it is not possible to wait until the next meeting of Cabinet and following government advice, prudent to avoid unnecessary meetings of groups of people.

An urgent decision is required on the adoption of the Test and Trace isolation payments schemes. It is imperative that we are ready to take applications for payments from 12 October 2020 as mandated by Government.
