Proposal by St Clere Estate to build a development of 300 houses at Kemsing Station.
We the undersigned petition the council to reject the proposal to include the 300 house development at Kemsing Station in the Local Plan. The proposed site is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and would be a serious encroachment on the Green Belt.
The development would result in greatly increased traffic on the local roads and narrow lanes placing walkers, cyclists, horse-riders and drivers at risk. In addition, Kemsing village will not cope with the strains that will be put on the village school and surgery by the resultant huge increase in population
