Resolved: That
a) the terms of reference of the Advisory Committees (as set out in Appendix R of the Constitution) be agreed;
b) the terms of reference of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Spending Board (as set out in Appendix X1 of the Constitution) be agreed; and
c) the terms of reference of the Sevenoaks District Transportation Board (as set out in Appendix X2 of the Constitution) be noted. |

To appoint Memberships of Advisory Committees and Boards for the municipal year 2023/24 (Appendix to follow) Additional documents: Minutes: The Cabinet considered a report which proposed the membership of the Cabinet Advisory Committees, Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Spending Board and Sevenoaks Joint Transportation Board.
Resolved: That the memberships for the municipal year 2023/24, as set out in the Appendix to the report, be agreed.
