24/02818/PAC - White Oak Leisure Centre, Hilda May Avenue, Swanley Kent BR8 7BT Minutes: The proposal sought prior notification for installation, alteration or replacement of other Solar Photovoltaics (PV) equipment on the roof of non-domestic buildings. The application was made under Class J of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 - Schedule 2, Part 14.
The application was referred to Development Management Committee as the application had been submitted on behalf of Sevenoaks District Council.
It was moved from the Chair that the recommendation as set out within the report and late observations be agreed. Resolved: That prior approval be granted.

24/02036/HOUSE - 3 St Johns Hill, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 3NX Minutes: The proposal sought planning permission for new solar panels.
The application had been referred to the Development Management Committee as the application site was the residence of a ward member.
It was moved from the Chair that the recommendation as set out within the report and late observations be agreed. Resolved: That planning permission be granted subject to the following conditions:
1) The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. In pursuance of section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and details: Proposed Site and Roof Plan (P151 Rev.P1), Proposed Elevations (P451 Rev.P1). For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
3) Within three months of the decommissioning of the solar panels, the panels and any other associated ancillary equipment hereby permitted shall be removed from the building and the roof shall be made good to the satisfaction of the local planning authority. To maintain the integrity and character of the building as supported by Policy EN1 and EN4 of the Sevenoaks Allocations and Development Management Plan, along with policies C1 and C4 of the Sevenoaks Town Neighbourhood Plan. |

The application had been referred to the Development Management Committee as the application site was the residence of a ward member.
It was moved from the Chair that the recommendation as set out within the report and late observations be agreed.
Resolved: That listed building consent be granted subject to the following conditions:
1) The works to which this consent relates shall begin before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. In pursuance of section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans and details: Proposed Site and Roof Plan (P151 Rev.P1), Proposed Elevations (P451 Rev.P1). For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

TREE PRESERVATION ORDER |

TPO/05/2024 - Woodlands Park, Three Gates Road, Fawkham, Kent DA3 8NZ Minutes: The proposal sought a Woodland Tree Preservation Order (TPO) covering the boundaries of Woodlands Park within Horton Wood.
The application was referred to committee following an objection to TPO No 5 of 2024.
It was moved from the Chair that the recommendation as set out within the report and late observations (2) be agreed.
Resolved: That TPO 5 of 2024 was confirmed without amendment.
