Minutes:
(a) Gambling Act 2005: Licence Fees from April 2018
Councillor Fleming proposed and Councillor Mrs. Morris seconded the recommendations from the Licensing Committee.
Resolved: That the appropriate fee levels be £3,670 for a new or renewal application, and £1,840 for the transfer of an application
from 1 April 2018.
(b) Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 - Licence Fees from April 2018
Councillor Fleming proposed and Councillor Mrs. Morris seconded the recommendations from the Licensing Committee.

(c) Monitoring Officer's Annual Report
